The drawing I received was damaged--creased in several places. The artist first told me that bristol board could not crease in such a way (even though the photos I sent her clearly showed the creases), then suggested that I damaged it myself to get my money back and finally suggested that the post office was responsible for the damage. I was disappointed also in ETSY. The case was closed in 2 days. I had only 300 characters (not words) to make my case. I was never contacted by ETSY to add any details. I have bought many pieces of art through ETSY and have been very pleased with every other purchase. Obviously I would never buy from this artist and expected better from ETSY. Buyer Beware applies!
